SOMETHING FOR KELLY AND EAT BREATHE THRIVE

We’re proud to stand with Eat Breathe Thrive in the fight against eating disorders. Through our partnership we hope to help people recover from eating disorders by providing valuable resources to incorporate education, support, and healthy practices like Yoga that will assist on the road to recovery.

With a reach that extends to 58 countries across the globe, Eat Breathe Thrive is an important link to reach out to professionals, treatment centers, caregivers, and patients with focused mind-body practices and programs that build critical restorative skills.

ABOUT EAT BREATHE THRIVE

Eat Breathe Thrive was founded by Chelsea Roff, a yoga therapist and researcher who recovered from an eating disorder in her late teens. What began as a crowdfunding project to raise funds for a study on yoga in eating disorder recovery has grown into an international nonprofit organization. Over the last ten years, they have helped over 10,000 people in 58 countries find their way to recovery.

Eat Breathe Thrive offers eating disorder prevention and recovery programs in schools, treatment centers, virtual settings, and communities that face barriers to healthcare access. Their programs are yoga-based, but they’re more than yoga – they integrate yoga, psychoeducation, and a support group format to ‘help people help one another.’
